Pickling is the process that cleans a steel coil of its rust, dirt and oil so that further work can be done to the metal. Then after drying they are provided with a uniform coating of special rust preventive oil. Thus the Oiling.

Leveling Capabilities
Leveling is a mechanical process which flattens metal strip, coil or sheets by bending it up and down over small diameter rollers. The purpose is to improve the flatness characteristics of the strip.

Shearing at UMI
If the edges of sheet or strip steel are not controlled during reduction, they must be trimmed. Shearing is the fabricating process used to cut straight lines on this flat metal stock
